Our customers vary greatly in terms of their financial status and their vocation. Most of our customers tend to own some form of country-based assets such as a farmhouse, land or buildings or other country property, but find cash difficult to obtain, usually through not being able to provide accounts or other proof of income.
Others are looking to buy their dream property. Some simply want a better deal.
Many need finance to fund a diversification project, or to expand their farm or to replace expensive debt such as bank overdrafts and to reduce outgoings. Others may have run out of cash on a building project, or could be under heavy financial pressure.
Whatever the situation, age is not an issue and even CCJ's, arrears and no proof of income will not prevent us from considering your case.
