Farm and Country Finance is the trading name of L & G Bracegirdle Limited and was founded in November 2000. It has traditional family roots and values, the initials being taken from the founder’s children.

Unlike many loan intermediaries, we only arrange farm finance, finance for land and agricultural finance or rural finance secured on property. We cover England, Wales and Scotland and have limited access to funding in Northern Ireland.

We arrange finance for land, farm, rural and equestrian opportunities. You may want to raise working capital to reduce outgoings, develop a business or property, diversify your business, repay debt or use the money for any legal purpose. Or you may be buying land or other property.

We specialise in raising finance where the security is a property with an agricultural restriction or occupancy condition. We also relish problems and have the experience to help with them wherever we can. Over the years, we have assisted many customers who have had challenges such as credit problems and especially where existing lender relations are poor, where there is bank pressure, or where people are stuck in a bridging loan. Furthermore, there are few lenders in the market that will consider projected income to support loan payments and we are pleased to have access to these to give even greater flexibility. Where we cannot offer any options we will tell you.
